- EGElena GOct 19, 20211.0Moved in august. Got mail in august fine. In September mail stopped coming (but showed on informed delivery). When I went to this post office to get help, I was told that the mail carrier was told I don’t live there. No one verified with me, I had mail forwarding on, I DO live there. When asked what to do about all my missing mail (state ID, Insurance, other important docs), Diana basically shrugged her shoulders at me. When asked what date my mail stopped (so I can find out what might be missing) she said “I don’t know” and wouldn’t find out for me. So basically she told me that any stranger can tell a mail carrier that someone doesn’t live at an address and their mail will stop coming. Definitely the WORST experience I have ever had at a post office. So rude and so very unhelpful.

Rather, they will take the time to make sure the job is done well, and that their patrons know the options available so that they can pick the one that best suits them We are delighted with our local post office!
