- MCMaureen Corcoran2 days ago5.0Prompt and friendly service, efficiency, and never having a delivery issue.
- TRTom Ricketts5 days ago5.0This is a great store. Very helpful staff (Jarrod, in particular, stands out). Open until 6:30 on weekends, with a bonus, secure dropoff for US Mail packages. Always ample parking, and plenty of other handy services (notarization, fax machine, etc). Very well run!
- DEDrew EdwardsSep 27, 20261.0TLDR: good when they're open, but have an issue with management. Unbelievably disappointing. I've come through this location year after year. Today we arrived to drop off our package, toddler in tow, trying to make it in time before groceries and meltdown before nap time. We and a dozen others waited in front for the 11am open time only to be stiffed. The time came and went. 30 minutes of waiting and we had to move on. It's hard as a working parent to find time to get to the UPS store. It's incredibly frustrating for the store not to honor their hours. The chorus of complaints from others were ubiquitous - we respect our time, why on earth doesn't UPS respect ours? Calling the customer service line did no good. It's an endless labyrinth of dead ends, no humans to speak with. Hoping management sees this and does better.
