  ★★☆☆☆ The location is convenient, which is why I’ve continued to use this FedEx store for package drop-offs. I don’t mind using the self-service scanner—in fact, I prefer it. However, when the drop-off bin is full or the scanner isn’t working and I need assistance from a staff member, it often feels like I’m interrupting something more important happening in the back. In particular, I’ve had multiple unpleasant interactions with an older Asian gentleman with white hair and glasses. Instead of simply helping, he often speaks in a very condescending, lecturing tone. During my most recent visit, he spent several minutes telling me how I should attach the return label, not to be in such a rush, and that I needed to wait for him to turn on his system (not to mentioned I wasn’t in a rush, I simply put the QR code out so he can scan whenever his system is ready) It felt more like being scolded by a school principal than being helped as a customer. I’m always polite and understand that employees are busy, but customer service should still be respectful. The interaction left both me and my family feeling very uncomfortable. I don’t expect this review to change anything, but I hope management will recognize that the way customers are spoken to matters just as much as getting the job done.

  I’ve been coming here for years. More and more i’ve been feeling they are in the business of scamming and squeez customers. Today an employee called Fulecia was absolutely disrespectful, being gross and turning their back when I questioned a $17.50 fee that was never applied before and is not communicated anywhere. Never… never will return to this place.

When I approached her for assistance, she immediately stepped in to help and gladly guided me through the entire process. She answered all of my questions, made everything as simple as possible, and turned the entire experience into a completely stress-free one. Fulecia was friendly, highly professional, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. Her positive attitude and exceptional level of customer service significantly improved my experience and made the process much easier for me. Employees like Fulecia are a true asset to the company.
