  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at the UPS Store on Everett Ave in Chelsea! The customer service was absolutely outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, patient, and welcoming. They made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. It’s so refreshing to visit a place where employees genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the team. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had! I highly recommend this location and will absolutely be coming back. Keep up the amazing work!

  My go to UPS store. Super friendly and eager to help. I feel like a celebrity when I come in. Always smiling when I walk in the door with open arms. They handle my packages with love and care. Happy ending everytime—honestly, they treat my cardboard boxes better than my parents treat me.

  Went into the UPS Store on a totally random day, nothing planned, just needed to get something out the door. Didn’t catch the guy’s name, but he was Black, and honestly one of the best customer interactions I’ve had in a long time. Extremely professional without being stiff. He actually listened, walked me through the options instead of pushing the expensive one, and handled everything clean and fast. Wasn’t expecting that kind of service at all. Most places you’re just a ticket number. This guy made it feel like he gave a damn. Superb!

  Easily one of the best UPS Store locations I've been to. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. What really sets this location apart is that they seem to actually care about their customers. They take the time to help you, answer questions, and make sure you're taken care of without ever making you feel rushed or pressured into purchasing services you don't need. There's no unnecessary upselling, just honest advice and great customer service. It's refreshing to walk into a business where you're treated like a person rather than another transaction. The entire experience is always pleasant, efficient, and straightforward. I really appreciate the way they run this location and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!
