- JHJustin HolmesJun 4, 20261.0Has to be the most inept company I've ever dealt with. Ordered a $15,000 item that they've had for weeks (told me I'm a whole 3 hours from Chelsea so it's hard to schedule a delivery). Told me last week that it would be delivered today, so took the day off to be here during the 8 hour delivery window. Called this morning to find out it wasn't coming. I had to call them. No one in the company can give me reason why it's not coming. I will be making sure that these guys lose as many corporate accounts as possible. AVOID AIT AT ALL COSTS!

- DKDae KimMar 11, 20261.0Horrible experience, got a message to setup a delivery schedule, tried and it doesn't work. Had to call them myself and the automated reception keeps hanging up on me. I had to go through Costco. When delivery date came, tracking suddenly says no delivery date. I had to go through and call back and forth from Costco to AIT to figure out the delivery. Why am I having to pay hours of my time for mistakes caused by them? Now waiting for new delivery date and not sure if it'll be fixed on new date.

- BCBecky ChurneyJan 7, 20251.0Been trying to assist my client with an order from BJ’s now placed 3 times. 65” TV, interesting, placed 3 times and unable to locate anywhere. AIT has been of no assistance, BJ’s no assistance. An absolute nightmare of back and forth, going 2 weeks without receiving any items. Someone needs to make this correct. One claims to have been returned on the 29th, ordered on the 26th, refused shipment that never arrived on the 30th. If BJ’s continues to use this shipping company they’re going to continue to lose members and purchases.
