- NWNikki Wallace5 days ago1.0Scheduled a delivery for this morning, received no notification that they pushed it to this afternoon. I looked online, and saw that it was changed, we modified our work schedules to accommodate. Then I received a text message, no phone call or email, stating that they’ve now pushed my delivery out four days. I called to resolve this, and was told I would receive a call back by the associate I spoke to. No callback. I’ve already paid for the item and this service

They were courteous, professional, showed up on time, installed and cleaned up so quickly. There was a window assigned for delivery and they were right within that window. In and out in 10 minutes. Best delivery I’ve ever had!

Ordered a $15,000 item that they've had for weeks (told me I'm a whole 3 hours from Chelsea so it's hard to schedule a delivery). Told me last week that it would be delivered today, so took the day off to be here during the 8 hour delivery window. Called this morning to find out it wasn't coming. I had to call them. No one in the company can give me reason why it's not coming. I will be making sure that these guys lose as many corporate accounts as possible. AVOID AIT AT ALL COSTS!

- DKDae KimMar 11, 20261.0Horrible experience, got a message to setup a delivery schedule, tried and it doesn't work. Had to call them myself and the automated reception keeps hanging up on me. I had to go through Costco. When delivery date came, tracking suddenly says no delivery date. I had to go through and call back and forth from Costco to AIT to figure out the delivery. Why am I having to pay hours of my time for mistakes caused by them? Now waiting for new delivery date and not sure if it'll be fixed on new date.
