  I wanted to share the awesome experience we had at this UPs store. While doing a return, a different customer walked in and needed some help sending an important document. The lady from the counter was so kind and helpful, she went above and beyond not caring that the store was closing, the customer didnt speak much english but the worker still did her best and finished the transaction. Little things like this make a huge difference. Thanks UPS! This was awesome to see

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The UPS Store in Chelmsford is absolutely outstanding! Every time we visit, we're greeted with friendly faces and exceptional customer service. The staff is always welcoming, patient, and happy to answer any questions we have. Whether we're shipping packages for our business or taking care of personal mailing needs, they consistently go above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free. We're so grateful to have this location nearby and couldn't be happier with the service they provide. It's clear they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly service!

  I had an absolutely terrible experience at this UPS location back in April. It was so upsetting that I emailed Customer Relations afterward, but I never received a response. I've attached a copy of that email. Now that it's July, I had hoped my complaint would have been addressed and that the employee involved would have received coaching on basic customer service. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case. My husband recently visited this location and witnessed the same employee treating an elderly woman very poorly. After completing her transaction, she turned to my husband and said, "Good luck! He is miserable!" Sadly, my husband found that to be true. He greeted the employee politely and tried to be friendly, but the employee remained hostile, rude, and unwelcoming throughout the interaction. Everyone has bad days, but this appears to be a recurring pattern of behavior, not an isolated incident. It's disappointing that UPS continues to employ someone who consistently creates such a negative experience for customers. As business owners, we spend thousands of dollars each year on shipping. We will gladly pay more to use another carrier or another UPS location if it means being treated with basic courtesy and respect. If you're considering visiting this location, be aware that customer service may not be what you expect.

  THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. 3 minutes ago I just got of the phone with the most ridiculous customer care I have ever experienced. I have a package that says it's been sitting at a ups store in this town for a day now and has not moved. I finally called this store and it went as follows. *Phone rings* "What" Me: um is this the ups store? "Ya what" Me: yaaaa.... I am looking for a package that says it's been sitting for a day now.... "Nope it's not here" click I was never asked for my name or tracking number and he was absolutely, no help at all. I have a package worth about 3 grand just sitting and this is the help i get. It's 7-14-26 17:40 or 5:40 pm their time. This happened at 17:32 or 5:32 pm. I sincerely this young sounding male loses his job after this post.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS location. This is not the first time I’ve been treated poorly by the same employee. The last time I visited, he spent most of the time on his phone and didn’t seem to care about helping customers. He didn’t even give me a receipt after shipping my package. His attitude made me feel like I was bothering him instead of being a paying customer. I went back again, hoping for a better experience. I greeted him politely with a smile, but he was still rude and had an unfriendly attitude throughout the interaction. Customer service should be respectful and professional, and that’s not what I experienced. If someone doesn’t like working with customers, they shouldn’t be in a customer service position. I also couldn’t help but wonder whether I was treated differently because I’m not the same ethnicity as him. I can’t say for certain, but the way I was treated made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. Because of these repeated experiences, I won’t be returning to this UPS location. I’ll take my business elsewhere, where customers are treated with respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer service at this store.
