Whoever UPS had working the counter on 4/23 around 4:20PM alongside an Asian woman that was clearly hustling while this guy was in a bad mood from the get go, do me a favor and talk to him. 1. Observed him throwing boxes around without a care, 2. Seems to think blowing off customer questions and then laughing about it is acceptable. I was asking about when my package would be picked up because it’s a specimen and the package was next day air. He comes to tell me it’s going to take 3 days and I’m like that’s not right my package clearly says next day air. So now I have no idea if my package was actually picked up.

I wish there were more UPS Stores in the area because this location is just horrible. 1 star is way too many
