Four separate times, my packages were clearly marked with FRAGILE stickers, yet they still arrived badly damaged. On another occasion, my package actually arrived empty, with the contents missing. What makes this even more concerning is that I once personally witnessed a FedEx delivery driver throwing packages into the van instead of handling them properly. After seeing that, it’s unfortunately not surprising that packages are arriving damaged. Customers trust FedEx with items that are valuable, fragile, and sometimes irreplaceable. Having this happen once might be understandable, but having repeated incidents like these is unacceptable. FedEx really needs to improve how packages are handled and make sure drivers treat customers’ shipments with proper care. To be clear, I have no complaints about the staff at this FedEx location. My concern is specifically with how packages are being handled during transportation and delivery.
