- CKchris kwasekAug 15, 20261.0I receive an email that my packages as a post office couldn’t be delivered. I go down to pick up the package and the acting postmaster states that they return the package because they couldn’t deliver it to the house but I received an email to come pick up my package and they sent it back within 24 hours and then they don’t even have an updated copy of the rules and regulations of the post office and the acting postmaster there. I’m sorry I have done business with USPS for over 30 years with Ebay and Amazon Amazon most unprofessional one I’ve ever met.

We complained several times and have even gone far as contacting Rep. Neal. Things get better for a little while then the problems start again. I have no idea why they can't get their act together.
- KJKelly JohnsonOct 20, 20171.0Postman would not deliver mail because he couldn’t get to it due to the trash cans blocking them. Do they look like they’re blocking anything to you? He’s not going to last the winter. My wife went on to get our mail. Lady gave some letters and threw away the slip while saying “someone must’ve picked up the packages”. Uh no! Wife asked her to go check again. Post lady came back and said she couldn’t find them. Wife asked if I picked it up and I said no. Wife told post lady she wanted to file a lost package claim. The post lady with attitude both verbal and gesturally went back and got 3 packages! Did I mention there were 3!! Incompetence by both delivery and at desk.
