  The in store employees were great when I was there, however when trying to get assistance over the phone it will never happen. At this point I'm not even sure if they have a phone in the store. If you have anything you're shipping that needs to be tracked please use another location

  This place used to be great. Now as others mentioned, you can only return Amazon using the self service kiosk. What a joke. The line is usually out the door. People have 50 or so returns to make at a time. I’ve gone twice now to return one thing and I’ve had to walk out. Staff is rude. No one looks at you. There’s a FedEx and UPS store right across the street near the dollar store. They can’t scan barcodes, but if you print the label and box it up, they can. Amazing and friendly service unlike this location.

  Used to be my go to for all returns and shipping not just Amazon because it was super convenient to be able to do it all there. I do not like using the self serve kiosk because have had refunds not get processed even though I followed all the steps correctly so I decided to wait about 20 minutes in line to be able to have a human help me. When I finally got to the counter I was told I need to use the kiosk. Unfortunately they have a new policy now where if you are only returning Amazon you need to use the self service kiosk and will not take you at the desk. I explained my issue with the self serve but was still told no with no one behind me. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for that kiosk. In that time they ran out of printer paper and only had one size bag available. All the time the woman is trying to give directions to me from the desk 20 feet away with nobody at the register even though I told her I know how to use it but it just never got delivered last time after it was tossed in the collection bin. So if they are doing this to free the desk up for non Amazon customers it's unfortunately making me not want to do any business there at all.
