- MBM BJun 22, 20261.0The employees are very unprofessional and don’t care to do their job correctly. I was in at 10 am and the black man who works here snapped at an elderly gentleman who asked for help at the counter after being ignored by both of the workers. Yelling at him “I’m not speaking to you” and then walked away. This is the 3rd time I’ve experienced his attitude and the behavior exhibited by him is very dangerous and does not belong in our community. I do not feel safe going into this location anymore based on the way he was acting.

I went in to help my boss with some tasks, and one staff member suddenly accused me of having written a bad Google review about her. I was so confused and told her it wasn’t me and I had never left any reviews before. She continued and even made jokes about it. When another staff told her that she didn’t know how to view Google reviews, she responded with something like Oh maybe she can teach you. After I left I looked up the Google reviews myself and realized what she was talking about and clearly she was referring to a review written by someone else (Vanessa Wu). Clearly the accusation was based on assumptions rather than any actual evidence. The entire interaction felt unprofessional and inappropriate, and made me feel very uncomfortable
