    Employee named Salma was very unprofessional and rude. She talked to me in a scolding tone, my friend who was on the phone with me during my transaction later asked “wow was that the worker talking to you? How does she still have her job”. I came in with a couple small items that I was returning back SHEIN. Usually I go to UPS but for some reason this return was supposed to go back with USPS (never again). UPS usually takes my items without a box, and they put it in a spare box since it is a post office, they have tons of old boxes. This woman made me leave the line, buy a box, package it and then come back in line. She was SO rude about it, asking me why I would come in with no box. The directions of the return stated, you did not need to bring a box, just the QR code. I had no problem buying a box, but she scolded me about it. Also, when I entered the building no employees were in the front. I stood for 5 minutes until this rude lady came out to give me a crappy experience. If you want a good experience go to the UPS In Burlington, near the mall. They always greet you and treat you well. I love that post office.

    Tons of miscommunication with passport rules. In 2021 when i first applied for me and my husbands passports they were not so ridiculous and particular god forbid you are a minute late to your appointment! In 2021 I wasn't prepared but I was able to quickly fill everything out and I had my documents and everything was processed pretty quickly. Now it's like pulling teeth. You have to make sure you arrive early, like 10-14 minutes early. You need to make sure you have everything document wise you need to make sure everyone in your party is present. The guy that did it before was great. Now I don't know what happened with the staff, but they are short and rude to me. The other people when I came in today they acted nice to. By the way Saturdays are walk ins that you can try IF YOU ARE PREPARED. The trump administration has made getting a passport extremely difficult now and there is no clear communication with staff and customers. It is so annoying when you live 2 mins away and have to rush home to get something. They repeated to me 5x "I have another appointment scheduled you might have to come back". I come back have everything filled out and then it's not clear unless it's in SMALL fine print that everyone is supposed to be present so now, after wasting much of my time I can't get back I have to re-schedule yet AGAIN. I swear to god if I show up 1 minute late they hound me that "I'm not prepared". The value of the customer service here has significantly went down since Covid-19. I'm very extremely disappointed at how I've recently been treated when trying to get a passport. There should also be 2 people working only for passports NOT ONE PERSON. that is all. Disappointing. Basically make sure you read everything online or on the application itself and arrive really early or you will be turned away. And have all of your people present and documents

    Waited in line about 5 minutes, that’s ok, when I got to counter it was 5:02 and she wouldn’t take my parcel. That don’t do international after 5:00, going to Canada. Less chatting I might have made it at 5:00

    I would rather have jury duty than go to this post office. There’s absolutely no telling how long you will be in line….and there’s always a HUGE line because they are slow, rude and inefficient.

    This post office is possibly run by the most incapable and unhelpful staff I’ve ever come across. I waited in line for 40 minutes with ten other people, not moving at all, while one worker closed her booth and the other broke the machine. When I told a worker I didn’t need a receipt, she told me she couldn’t process my package at her booth, and that’s when she revealed to me I could actually process it at the self-service kiosk. Complete waste of my lunch break. Never set foot in this inept place.
