    The Asian man that does the happy returns is the best! I come here frequently to do returns. He is always kind. I recently had to do a return shipment with USPS (I went to the one in Burlington). It was the worst experience I have ever had. The lady scolded me for not bringing the items packed, even though the return directions stated you didn’t need a box. At UPS the guy always takes my stuff and uses a spare box. He’s always friendly, when I brought my toddler he said hi to her, and let her play with the mailboxes while I did my exchange. Most post offices I’ve been to always have grumpy employees but this guy is always there with a smile on his face. Thank you for your kindness!

    Tim and the UPS team were excellent. They went out of their way to make sure my package was delivered on time. Tim was helpful, professional, and really cared about getting it done right. I truly appreciate the extra effort and great customer service. Highly recommend this UPS location!

    Excellent customer service. I came to the store right as they were closing, and one of the employees who had already walked out went back inside to help get my package shipped so I wouldn’t have to come back another time.

    Horrendous customer service! Went there twice in a two hour period to drop off a package with a prepaid label from a buyer and They refuse to take it and then they said they would take it at my second trip after the two managers talked on the phone from the two stores and it’s sat on the counter while they helped the next person and then I told him are you going to be putting it out with the mail and he put it on the ground in front of me ! total carelessness I took the package and left. Thomas was His name and the manager was there I wouldn’t give them anything to ship ever! By the way, the package was less than a pound in weight and in a small box
