  Karen Tausch at the front desk was unbelievably condescending and rude, and rushed me along at the end of our interaction before the interaction was done, asking me "are you gonna buy anything?" super condescendingly when I was curious about a failed delivery attempt. When I started to walk away, she said "yeah, I didn't think so." Not looking forward to visiting this location again. Figure it out USPS, because I know so many people have complained about her in both Brookline locations.

  Employee “Karen S.” was completely unable to assist (taking almost 20 minutes to type in a singular address for international shipping) and eventually I just had to take my packages back without shipping because I did not trust her capabilities in the slightest nor her ability to do basic tasks that any reasonable person could manage. She could not appear to comprehend the fact that the customs forms were filled in correctly on my end and instead took to blankly staring at her screen and at me in between her intervals of asking me questions I had already replied to. Additionally, I lost a ring of sentimental value during this interaction and their phones were COMPLETELY unreachable, and the rest of the staff about as helpful as the flu or perhaps a poorly trained parrot. I would never recommend going here unless you want to experience what it might feel like to be held hostage. 0/10, never again.

  USPS Inspector is refusing to investigate mail theft& illegal registrations for voting in the YS sent out by post mail, from the City of Brookline MA US, 02446. I am expecting legal post mail that is missing-again. I complained about my post mail being stolen by crazy maintenance men in my apartment complex: Pelham Hall. I have to press legal charges because the maintenance men are trying to illegally kick me out of my home by breaking my toiket& with threats& harassment. When I began complaining about tge stolen post nail& pavkages-I expected a response from the USPS Postmail Inspector& instead, all of my post mail stopped altogether. I did not move or forward my post mail. I still live here, at: Pelham Gall& the maintenance men are still aggressive& threatening towards me& pretending like I moved out-when I most cermainly did not. Now I receive absolutely no post mail at all& the US PS Post Insoectir never investigated. I am single parent. I have 3 adult children& I received nothing-not even a card for: Mother's Day. My post mail is still being stolen& blocked& the USPS are not legally allowed to assist with blocking my post mail& packages communications in the US or abroad. Ms. Bayo Elizabeth Cary AA BA MLIS
