Had a very great experience with a nice young lady by the name of Asia. She was very helpful respectful.
I want the extra mile to assist me setting off a package. Thank you again Asia

The white lady working at the passport window was extremely rude and provided one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, and I arrived on time. When I got there, no one was at the passport window, so I began filling out my application while waiting. The employee did not appear until around 2:20 PM. Instead of assisting me, she helped someone with a 2:15 PM appointment and then told me that I had missed my appointment.
I explained that I had arrived on time and that no one was available at the window. In fact, the employee at the other window was reviewing my paperwork to make sure all the required fields were completed correctly. Despite this, she raised her voice and stated that she would not assist me because she needed to go home.
I found her behavior unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when they arrive on time and are trying to follow the proper process. Employees who interact with the public should provide courteous and professional service, regardless of the circumstances. I was already having a difficult day, and the way I was treated only made things worse. Despite how frustrated and upset I felt, I chose not to respond with disrespect or use inappropriate language because that is not part of my character. Instead, I simply left. No customer should feel forced to walk away from an appointment because of the attitude and unprofessional behavior of the person who is supposed to be assisting them.
