The white lady working at the passport window was extremely rude and provided one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, and I arrived on time. When I got there, no one was at the passport window, so I began filling out my application while waiting. The employee did not appear until around 2:20 PM. Instead of assisting me, she helped someone with a 2:15 PM appointment and then told me that I had missed my appointment. I explained that I had arrived on time and that no one was available at the window. In fact, the employee at the other window was reviewing my paperwork to make sure all the required fields were completed correctly. Despite this, she raised her voice and stated that she would not assist me because she needed to go home. I found her behavior unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when they arrive on time and are trying to follow the proper process. Employees who interact with the public should provide courteous and professional service, regardless of the circumstances. I was already having a difficult day, and the way I was treated only made things worse. Despite how frustrated and upset I felt, I chose not to respond with disrespect or use inappropriate language because that is not part of my character. Instead, I simply left. No customer should feel forced to walk away from an appointment because of the attitude and unprofessional behavior of the person who is supposed to be assisting them.

Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this location. I came in for a standard U.S. Postal Service offering, but the clerk at the counter was completely unfriendly and dismissive. Instead of taking a moment to assist me or offer alternative ways to handle my mailing situation, they seemed intent on rushing me through the process. Customer service should involve helping patrons navigate regular postal services, not treating them like an inconvenience. I hope management addresses this lack of professionalism

I’m going to request a formal audit w the usps regional office however need to write this review as well. None of my packages that go through this office are making it to me- I live a few miles away. In the past month, one of my packages instead of getting delivered to me got sent to New York City. Another one just today got sent to Rhode Island. In the past couple of weeks, 2 packages of mine from the same place in Miami were literally returned back to Florida to the post office they came from - all the way back to Florida. Two packages. What’s going on Here is totally crazy. It genuinely seems like the employees are making purposeful decisions not to direct the packages to the correct place. I’m genuinely scared to get mail through USPS at this point. I have a non-standard last name and I’m genuinely feeling targeted. I am not getting mail through USPS until I get a confirmation that the regional office is doing an audit. that this has happened to me five times in the past 4 weeks is out of control.

The post office itself need to get it together as far as delivering packages on time…How a package comes from Ohio to Connecticut to Brockton, back to Connecticut and then back to Brockton??? I went into the the post office & a worker could not explain why it was not delivered 2 days ago when it had arrived at the facility…GET IT TOGETHER!! You don’t know what’s being delivered . It could be medicine for an elderly, child ir just plain sick person!!! .HIRE PEOPLE THAT LIKE THEIR JOB & THESE THINGS WOULD NOT HAPPEN SO OFTEN
