- PPPri5 days ago1.0Not sure why this particular post office will have my packages, say they are out for delivery, and then bring them back to boston distribution center. This has only started happening recently and only with the braintree location. Got super nervous about medication i needed and was about to run out of being rerouted back and forth for nearly a week so obviously i called. General customer service was very helpful, they saw the problem immediately and ultimately gave me the number to this locations supervisor. He was absolutely miserable and useless. No help whatsoever, he told me nothing more than what the wonderful ladies had already told me previously. He didn’t know anything, couldn’t offer any explanation on why this was suddenly happening. He seemed very angry someone even gave me his number, asking repeatedly how i even got it. Shady people running this place.
