- HHhey heyJan 3, 20241.0I would give zero stars if I could. Mail carrier rang our doorbell and handed my husband a small package from Macy' s that was torn open; carrier said she received the package like that. The gold necklace that was supposed to be in the box was missing. The only way this could happen is if someone at the mail facility opened the box & stole the necklace. We tried to file a claim but could not because Macy's did not get the package insured. We are out $90 and our daughter did not get the necklace for Christmas. Liars and thieves stealing from children.

I was home all day and didn't get any buzzes but got a notice in my mail box??? I call this number and the person answers and says hello? I'm like is this the post office? They're like yeah. Um ok who are you and why am I speaking to you? So I tell them my issue and give me to the supervisor who just was rude, argued with me, and hung up on me. Pathetic. Who hires these people?
