  This is the best UPS and mailing service around. They are quick, efficient and friendly!! I frequently return items and I’m always impressed with the speed and just general positive attitude that I receive every time I go there! Whenever I leave I always think this, so I had to write them a review! It’s truly hard to find service like this anywhere nowadays and they deserve some accolades!!

  What is the employees at the UPS store are very friendly and knowledgeable. This particular store is the only place we go to return our Amazon returns. We also go there when we have other things to ship.

  I got a message that said delivery attempt was made, but the driver never even drove by or anything, I waited and no knock no phone call no truck, I called and they asked if he placed a sticker on the door And there was no sticker on the door so I know he didn’t even stop if he did drive-by at all

  Once you understand the amount of bs these guys deal with every day with clueless people handing over unboxed amazon returns that dont even belong there, or just people who dont know anything about shipping Logistics so the clerk has to dig through their phone and manually email themselves your label, I say they deserve to charge the convenience fee. Im in there at least once a day as an e-commerce seller and its always smooth as silk because I come prepared and I know what im doing.
