  Do not come here to fax. It cost me nearly $50 dollars and this is so slow over 20 minutes and still waiting. It’s not that big. Tech has come so far but this won’t backwards

  I always return my Amazon returns at this location, they will take Amazon returns without having to repackage the item like UPS request you do. But Staples does not give you a receipt of your returns, unlike other drop off locations. That policy makes me feel uncomfortable, because if there is ever an issue with the return not going through, there's no proof that you ever returned the item (we're all humans, mistakes happen). That policy at Staples needs to change. Also, (a tip) I always give them a quick call before I drive there because I have been to that Staples and the Amazon returns we're shut down due too computer issues, not enough bins to accept anymore Amazon returns or that they were too short staffed to have the Amazon returns open.

  I went to this place to get some copies done, but unfortunately I had no help just a stressed lady working on that area with a bunch of customers that need help using that commercial printer but no help she just pointed and said follow the instructions and guess what I paid for one copy and tossed it because came out half the page cut off in the meanwhile four guys doing nothing on the checkout area . Don’t waste your time going to the staple in Braintree it is the worse !!

  The lady that does tsa precheck was so insanely rude right off the bat. I walk up and she’s like “what do you want” and I’m like… to do my precheck??? That was a crazy way to start the conversation. Then she started waving a paper around in my face when i told her that the information I got sent said I needed an ID OR my passport to do it. She said that too many people have come in unprepared and so she had to print this other paper out. I tried to show her that the reason people were coming in without both is because that isn’t the information we are getting and she wouldn’t even look. Just told me I was wrong. I said I had a military ID and she said that wasn’t good enough. She also said she was unable to use other listed options. I highly DO NOT recommend going here for your precheck. Extremely rude and unhelpful.
