  I was sent two packages that didn’t belong to me - sent to my address but nobody lives there with that name. I had went to a different FEDEX location to return then to sender, and they were accepted at no cost. BUT ONE PACKAGE made its way back to me. I went to this location to return the other package and NATHAN waited on me. I explained to him my predicament and that I wanted to return to sender. He went through the standard questions of asking if there’s anything dangerous and what the value of the item is. How am I supposed to know if I never opened it or ordered it in the first place? When he told me shipping would be $17, I was shocked since I didn’t have to pay A CENT when I returned to sender the first time. I asked him why I’d have to pay and he said “you have to pay to ship with us.” I really didn’t want to pay and he recommended I just keep the item. I don’t want to open something that I don’t know what’s in it, I just wanted to do the right thing and try to see that the rightful owner got their item. It wasn’t until I was driving home that I thought it was odd that I had to pay for a package that wasn’t mine to return to sender. I did some research and learned nothing should have to be paid if returning to sender and the package isn’t addressed to me. I feel scammed - out of $17, sure, but still. And the fact he told me to keep it just feels wrong.

  This FedEx always seems willing to go above and beyond. For yet another time, their team was able to fit in a rush order for me so we could have signage for our event. Thank you!

  Fed ex does not make it clear which shipping locations box up for you and which do not. This has happened before. I believed I was driving to a Fed Ex location that boxed things up and ended up at a Walgreens that only accepts pre-boxed and labeled packages. Change pic to a Walgreens on website for address not Fed Ex workers. Looks like a store.

  I've been coming here for over ten years once or twice a year. Whenever I have work on the South Shore I use this location as my base for shipping, receiving, and printing. Even when they're busy they keep the line moving so I never feel like I'm waiting needlessly, and if I come in off-peak it's just like having a concierge shipping service. Since I don't have a US office, this place fills many gaps for me. Efficient, professional, and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
