I rent a garage apt on my property (as approved by the Town planning board) for which my tenant filed a change of address to receive mail here. When she didn’t receive several important pieces of mail (including a check for $thousands!) she was told by the clerk at the PO that “someone” told the mail carrier that my tenant didn’t live there & to return all her mail to the senders!!! Apparently, mail carriers follow the orders of unidentified strangers??? Really??? When I followed up w the front desk clerk, her attitude was “Not my fault, not my problem!” Worst attitude ever in the service biz!!!
