- SBSydney Babb3 days ago1.0Awful customer service experience. Not helpful at all. Any other post office store I’ve been to will help you select a box or packaging material that’s appropriate for your item and at times help you prepare the package. The woman was rude and waved me away to a large display of boxes and tape. Once I finally was able to find an appropriate sized box and used tape that you had to pay for as opposed to it being commonly available, she goes to tell me after the fact that I didn’t need to buy the tape and that there is tape on the box. This was after being blatantly cut in line in and all the employees allowing it to happen while I said excuse me the woman not responding to me. I was beside myself and I really should’ve gone with my husband or my father never going back alone. Very unfriendly store. Only go if absolutely desperate and with backup.

When an employee finally showed up, they only talked to the delivery person and completely ignored the other customers and me. When I finally got helped, the employee was friendly, but they told the next customer they'd have to wait until the next employee came because they we going to lunch.
