- SSShaquell StevensonApr 27, 20261.0They make up their own rules or should I say the older lady with short hair and glasses. Her especially is the rude one and has no patience or professionalism. There is 1 lady I’ve had always had a positive interaction with each time! She wears a mask and usually a ponytail! She’s stern but pleasant and very helpful, does her job efficiently as possible. I only try and deal with her.

Despite having a long line of customers, she still took the time to go above and beyond to help locate my missing packages. You can tell she truly cares and tries her absolute best to assist everyone, no matter how busy it gets. Please be kind to her, she genuinely deserves it. Thank you so much, Mrs. Ellis!

One of the ladies who worked on 4/3 around 2pm has a rude tone when I was inquiring about picking up mail. Seems like the employees needs training on customer service asap.
