As others have pointed out, the opening hours of this store are very unreliable. Came during posted opening hours today to be greeted by a post-it note that the place is closed for half an hour. Leasure walking though Boston with a large package in your arm hoping for the UPS store to open again is not as much fun as you would think!

I had a great experience at the UPS Store on Huntington Ave. Leah Barrows helped me with my notary service and made sure all of my documents were signed correctly and everything was completed properly. The printer got stuck during the process, but Leah handled it very professionally, got new copies printed, and made sure the notarization was completed without any problems. She was kind, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and very professional throughout the entire process. I really appreciated her attention to detail and excellent customer service. Thank you, Leah!

Went in on Saturday, August 8th at 3 pm (Huntington branch at Symphony) to open a mailbox. I needed to provide my secondary address ID, but as I am not an American citizen and live on university housing (no lease), I provided the best address ID I could. I asked the only employee staffing the counter if this was adequate. He replied “no” without providing further explanation or help, and looked irritated. Even though there were no other customers in the store, he offered no assistance while I stood there trying to figure it out by myself on Google. As a customer service worker, he should have been more attentive and actually try to help a customer besides giving one word answers.
