  Ridiculous service this afternoon. My partner visited this location to get their visa notarized. He was not only met with hostile treatment but was also misdirected by the staff member, who refused to help with a notarization. The staff member (did not catch the name) further made obscene and mindless comments, claiming that the country "or wherever" my partner is from has more "lax requirements," and falsely advised him to call up his consulate. My partner eventually left for another UPS location and successfully got his notarization. UPS, please check your staff and ensure they are treating your customers with basic respect.

  I used this location's student storage/delivery program and it went badly. They confirmed a specific delivery window in writing (Aug 30, 11 AM–1 PM), then missed it entirely; the boxes never came. Because I have medical restrictions on heavy lifting, I'd booked a mover specifically for that confirmed window. I ate a $151.96 charge for a job that couldn't happen because the delivery never arrived. When I followed up, the only reply was that my request had been "late," which ignores that they had already accepted and confirmed the window. After that, my follow-up emails went unanswered. Confirming a delivery time and then missing it is one problem; going silent instead of taking any responsibility is what makes me unable to recommend the storage program here. Get every commitment in writing and don't rely on it being honored.
