  The most horrible service and attitude I had ever seen at UPS. I’m here for an Amazon return. To save people time from standing in line, it’s designed for customers to just scan the barcode, and stick it to the package, drop it off in the basket for the returns! I had the label and everything, I just need the tape to tape up so I can drop it in the return box. I don’t need extra help or anything. Unlike other UPS stores that will provide tape for customers to use, this man talked be try disrespectfully to me, not only would not let me borrow the tape, and also would not not let me use the free bags that was designed for returns!

  Most horrible service I had ever received at UPS. I just need a tape that takes like 2 seconds, would not borrow me any take, and does not let me take the free bags to package it as well and drop in the return box for Amazon! I had never seen this kind of service before, all other ups I been to had tapes for customers to use directly! Talked super rude to me

  biggest scam of the century!!! don’t do the “summer storage” with them. HORRIBLE customer service. rude. charged me an additional $40 they did not disclose. they don’t answer their phone or email. i do not recommend AT ALL -a BU student
