  The team here used to be incredibly helpful and polite but it seems ever since they reopened from a recent renovation none of the faces are the same and everyone is in a bad mood to be at their job. They're also refusing to ship things in soft bubble mailers and insisting that customers get upcharged for one of their boxes to put soft mailers in. Wasteful and when I asked why an employee explained that the owner is focused on increasing sales, and that this is not a UPS policy, just the policy of this specific franchise owner. No thanks, I'll be taking my business to USPS.

  The girl there that manages the store is super helpful and knows exactly what I need when I ask. She was extremely quick with my return and is always a pleasure to work with!

  Just like another customer said, there are other UPS in the general area were there pleased to help there customers.

  How the mighty have fallen. This used to be a great neighborhood store, the kind of place where the staff remembered you, took care of you when you walked in, and hustled when a line started to build. They weren't perfect, but they clearly cared, and it showed. Since the renovation, that seems to be completely gone. On two separate occasions, the woman working behind the counter has been in the middle of helping me, answered the phone, and then effectively abandoned my transaction to deal with the caller while I stood there waiting. Not for a quick question, but long enough that it became clear the person physically standing in front of her was now the lower priority. That's unbelievably poor customer service. If you're already helping someone at the counter, you finish helping them. You don't leave them standing there mid-transaction while you handle business with someone who called in. I used to walk farther just to come here because the service justified it. I won't be doing that anymore. FedEx is closer, and at this point I'll be using them unless coming here is absolutely necessary. A neighborhood institution turned into a place I actively avoid. What a shame.
