  Just left this store and I’m at a loss for words . I witness a woman with a crying baby, doing her best and a very rude employee with long hair and black uniform hat waits until she leaves to grunt loudly about how he hates babies and how he just listened to her baby scream. His attitude is nasty, this store just lost a customer. Unacceptable behavior when we are paying for your services .

  I shipped out a MacBook this afternoon, I tried to compensate a sweet young lady named keyanna in the store with a tip but she would not accept it. Instead, I was told to leave a review so I’m HOPING this reaches the right person. Keyanna is super helpful with tons of patience unlike other employees there. My box had a gap of space that exposed the inside contents & She went out her way to fix & tape it up. 10 thumbs up for her she’s amazing :)

  I always have the best experience at this specific UPS store. The people who work there have always been nothing but friendly, helpful and extremely kind. 12/10 would recommend shipping here (or any other needs)

  Incredibly professional, and patient service! I needed to return quite a few things for my sister‘s baby shower and Tim was such a great help. I always have a good experience here.

  Serious issue with the staff. Brought a return with my fiance in a box they told me I wouldn’t need but they would not throw away because they don’t take customer recycling. Since it was a small box and I was walking around all day and didn’t want an empty box to carry, I ripped into multiple small pieces and put in the trash bins so it wouldn’t be any disturbance. After I left, the worker took the pieces out of the trash, tapped them together, and must have walked to my address to return the box with a passive aggressive note on it. This is a safety concern that your employees are taking customer address info off of the box and then following up with action. There was no other post marking on the box so the worker must have came to my apartment. This was comical that they would waste their time but also very alarming!
