I’ve been using this PostNet location for notary services for years because it’s convenient on my way to work, and until recently, the fee was always $5 regardless of the number of signatures. Recently, I was surprised to learn after the fact that the fee had jumped to $20 per signature — with no warning or explanation. I understand the state allows flexibility in notary pricing (the staff claimed the state raised the price. That is not true. The state does not have a set price) but this sudden change without notifying customers feels like a very poor way to do business. I ended up paying $40 for two signatures. On top of that, the staff were not particularly courteous. Because of this experience, I will no longer be using this location, and I think anyone relying on clear communication and good service should be aware.

Like others have mentioned, do not use their mailbox service. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced and their negligence has cost me a lot of money. Not only do they overcharge you, but also when you schedule a mail pick up, that they charge you for, they don't have the mail ready. The person at the desk just gave me a blank stare, no apology, no explanation . Never using them again.

Worst customer "service" I've ever experienced, and I've been to 47 countries. I had a mailbox here, and in just a few months this place did everything wrong you can imagine. Losing packages, charging me for forwarding packages they had lost, lying about losing packages and claiming they were handed off to FedEx when they had actually lost them, charging me storage fees for packages they had lost after they had lost them. The owner Matt Kaplan is one of the nastiest people I have ever encountered, this guy has got a permanent bad attitude from the moment you walk into the store. I have no idea why he runs this place, he seems like he would he happier doing literally anything else. Every day is a bad day for him and he wants his customers to share in his misery it seems. The location has bad hours, a bad pickup policy, and incompetent workers. If you rent a mailbox here after reading this then you are asking for headaches and frustration. You have been warned!
