Their shipping and package delivery charges are significantly higher than expected, and there is very little transparency about how those costs are calculated. When I asked for a breakdown or proof of the actual shipping expenses, none was provided. As a customer, I believe businesses should be transparent about shipping charges, especially when they seem excessive. I recommend asking for a detailed explanation of all shipping and handling fees before agreeing to any charges that they dont provide. Proceed with caution.

I use Anytime Mailbox through PostNet, and the last time, they ignored my notes and sent my package using the wrong service, so I received an important package after my flight left. The man who always answers the phone very rudely told me thar he couldn't see the notes requesting a specific service and that I had to call next time. So this time I just called and he kept interrupting me and saying "whatever you requested will be done" and hung up on me before I could give him my request. I will be changing my service.
