Their shipping and package delivery charges are significantly higher than expected, and there is very little transparency about how those costs are calculated. When I asked for a breakdown or proof of the actual shipping expenses, none was provided. As a customer, I believe businesses should be transparent about shipping charges, especially when they seem excessive. I recommend asking for a detailed explanation of all shipping and handling fees before agreeing to any charges that they dont provide. Proceed with caution.
