  Brian and the whole team are the most dependable skilled and professional team. I use this print shop on a weekly basis and they always provide the best experience and perfect prince and are always very accommodating. They consistently have orders ready well ahead of time and go the extra mile!!

  Dare I say visiting FedEx this morning was the highlight of my week? Jonathan and Adrienne have made my whole morning!! I came to this FedEx today for three things: Amazon return, shipment of a small personal package, and shipment of an oddly shaped package for work. I left an incredibly happy customer: with those three tasks smoothly done, tracking numbers in hand, and with the elation of having met two really cool people in my community. Jonathan truly went above and beyond helping me package my work item, making sure the flimsier parts were secured and that it would be safe on its journey. FedEx struck gold with this location. Gold in the form of really quality employees that are hard to find. Jonathan and Adrienne are both natural problem solvers with sharp eyes for detail, high levels of agency, and the rare talent of making people feel seen and welcomed. In one visit, my impression of FedEx went from pretty negative to "I can't wait to visit again!"

  I had an excellent experience at the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, thanks to Jonathan. His customer service was truly above and beyond. He is not only professional and efficient but also a genuinely kind and respectful person. What impressed me most was how quickly he helped multiple customers while remaining calm, attentive, and friendly with everyone. He made sure each person felt valued and taken care of. Outstanding service like Jonathan's is hard to find these days. He is a great asset to FedEx, and I truly appreciate his dedication. Thank you, Jonathan, for making my visit such a positive experience!

  Jonathan was incredibly friendly, kind and helpful today as I was having a terrible day. I had to run around all morning and afternoon getting things done for my important documents, and Jonathan has helped me through printing, and letting me know all the information needed to ensure I had a wonderful process ! Thank you to this individual for helping me through the process despite my terrible day! I truly appreciate his willingness to help me and has made my services wonderful! Will come back to this location again. Wonderful customer service, thank you Jonathan.
