Brian went above and beyond to complete a last-minute print need that I had. He was extremely friendly and went out of his way to communicate every step of the way.

Terrible service the driver didn’t even get out of the car and said no one was home. I literally added a note saying I’d be home all day waiting. I’ve been home for 2 days waiting, and the driver just snaps a pic from inside the van and says no one was there.

I just had the best experience at the 700 Albany Street store thanks to Adrienne. They greeted me warmly the minute I arrived and walked me through the options for the print job I needed to do. The process was so much easier and faster than I thought it would be thanks to their help, and my flyers and info sheets came out great!

I had a positive experience this morning at this FedEx location. I went in to print a picture, and Jonathan assisted me. He was professional and helpful. It’s rare to come across someone who is efficient at what they do while also clearly enjoying their work and taking pride in helping others. Thank you, Jonathan, for making a difference!
