- MKM KMay 10, 20241.0Brought in several overnight packages to dropoff (already labeled and ready to go). The driver was there scanning packages, but the clerk told me that they wouldn't go out until the next day. Basically they didn't want to give them to the driver who was still there scanning packages. Apparently if you miss the "cutoff time" by 5 minutes they won't accept the packages even though the driver is still there and could easily take them. I'm sure it was the express driver, not ground, who was there. While I was there another person came in and was told the same thing.
