I could not print out the documents created because you were restricted to the pre-paid minutes and cannot save the documents you created. I spent money and time and cannot even print out the document I created. You cannot recover the files either because once the time is up, your document is wiped clean.

I have had to request help in using the machines because times and technology have changed since I used to frequent this type of business. Everyone I have encountered has been very helpful and patient. They even had a pair of eyeglasses I had lost in the store a couple of weeks prior to my most recent visit. The glasses were wrapped and stored carefully, rather than tossed into a drawer with an assortment of junk! I was very impressed by this thoughtful gesture, as well. Highly recommended!
