He rarely greets customers, and it's difficult to even get a simple "hello" from him despite being polite and respectful. While this location is convenient, the lack of basic customer service makes me hesitant to return. A welcoming attitude goes a long way in creating a positive customer experience. USPS, please do better.

He is condescending and unfriendly. He actually leans over the payment box and hits the survey’s ‘Good Service’ button before you have a chance to read it!
