Alisa and the young man with long curly light brown hair were exceptionally helpful to me,a non techie senior lady,they went way above and beyond taking very much time and empathy, especially Alisa.

I’m in the habit of bringing returns to Staples in Beverly to be returned to the merchant. But that Staples recently closed, so I brought my items to the UPS store. It was so easy, but Aliza was at that time working alone and had to wait for the other employee to arrive so that she could use the Internet to process my returns. I was nervous at first because I wasn’t sure if my items would be sent back, but she assured me that they would and took my phone number in order to send me a receipt of the transaction.She did this, and I was very pleased. Also, I’d like to mention that there were several people behind me in line, but Aliza had everything under control and stayed cool as a cucumber. And she was so pleasant and very sweet. Thank you so much, Aliza and UPS.I’ll most certainly be back.

I brought a package in to return and was told that the WiFi was down so they couldn’t do it at that moment but I could leave it and they would take care of it when it came back up and text me a receipt. I was a little worried about doing that but a few hours later I got a text with a receipt and an apology for any inconvenience. Both young women working were super nice and friendly.

"I am writing to formally report an upsetting experience with a store manager named Aliza at this UPS store. She demonstrated a complete lack of customer service skills, treating me with extreme rudeness and actively undermining and humiliating me in front of other customers. When I requested to speak with a manager, she claimed that she held the position and that there was no higher authority available. I am deeply disappointed that The UPS Store would place someone with such poor professional conduct in a management role, and I am seeking the appropriate corporate contact to ensure this issue is properly addressed. She stated she was store manager and no one above her, find it hard to believe there has to be an owner or someone who cares about their store.
Strangest UPS store I've ever been to. Employee lashed out complaining about a bad review she had received in front of half a dozen customers. Disrespectful, passive aggressive, and super unprofessional. No wonder they only have 3.1 rating out of 5 on Google Maps (just compare it to other companies in the area).
