- VTVivian Tam4 days ago1.0My husband went to go try to pick up a package that had been held at the post office “per customer request” when he nor the sender had requested. The lady working at the front desk (Corinne) immediately was being super rude to him. My husband was told that it had been forgotten to be sent out. My husband did not give her an attitude he just asked her questions on why it was not delivered and she continued to say “well idk what to tell you, ive told you everything i know what else do you want from me”. He asked her a simple question that’s it. Professionally, there was no need to do that. If you’re having a bad day, thats fine.. don’t take it out on customers. We will be calling corporate. Super disgusting attitude and unprofessional behavior. All Corinne had to do was apologize for the misunderstanding and inconvenience and move on. Instead she decided to be extremely rude and unprofessional
- MHMatt HillisAug 13, 20261.0On at least 5 occasions this year I have scheduled pickups. Then I end up getting a notification that a pickup attempt was made. On each occasion there was no pickup attempt made. Unless the driver tried to pickup after 8pm. We are a business that uses USPS almost every day. It looks like I will have to give my business to FEDEX at least I know they will pickup daily with no problems. It always seems to happen when my regular USPS driver is out. I would have left zero stars but there was no option for that. USPS has cost me money and delays, and we can no longer afford to use USPS.

- XDXander DucaJun 27, 20261.0Continuously park in reserved parking spaces across multiple luxury communities and when drivers are asked to move on more than one occasion I’ve been told “one more minuet”. Either the post office needs to start reimbursing for using payed spaces, and causing havoc, or the post masters need to be taught how to read. The entirety of my property has clearly painted markings showing reserved vs. unreserved spaces.
