No you absolutely didn't do that at all!! Because if you had my dogs would have heard you either knock ro ring my bell!! Why do you have to have issues with closing my mailbox which you do now because I have complaints about you and then I call and in the background you're yelling you can't close the mailbox!! I offer to give you something to help you close it!! Now you're not coming to my door to let me know I have to sign for something!! Unbelievable again and for supposedly over 20 yrs doing the same route and being this awesome employee!! Why must you think you're soo entitled not to do your actual job!! When I come for my mail now because you didn't knock or ring my doorbell!! I will be saying something about this!!

The people who work there (shoutout to Courtney, Brenda, Sarah, and Paul!) are friendly, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and all around a pleasure to interact with. I read about towns losing post offices and just am *so glad* that Belchertown still has this one. Keep on keeping on, guys.
