- CHCheryl HutchinsonApr 29, 20262.0A long time ago a post office was a tidy well run place. With staff that dressed professionally and assisted customers with interest. It felt like a "friend" in the neighborhood. Today that standard has deteriorated year by year into the appearance of a worn out, shabby place, that needs better management and a makeover! Lexington, Burlington, South Postal Annex and many more locations are in this category. You have to travel far to find a post office that is inviting. If ever in Plymouth, Ma. go to The Pinehills and visit their post office. It is worthy of the time it takes to visit it!
- YLYoddha LeeAug 7, 20233.0Be aware of that if you want to mail any box in USPS, then you have to bring your own tape to seal the box, USPS does not provide any free tape, if you use the tape from USPS for any reason, then you have to pay it even the staff told you "this tape is someone left here ...", and by the way, the small tape does not worth 3.99 dollar to buy.

I was told to make an appointment online which I’ve tried 10 times before going in but it’s wasn’t working so I asked the employee to see if they could do it for me since the website isn’t working, and I was told no, and that they couldn’t do anything about it. So I called the post office in Burlington and they did it without hesitation. If your lazy just say that! If your not willing to go out of your way for a customer, find a new job. Lazy staff. This was at 11:30 on Saturday 26 of june at the Bedford post office. Will definitely be reporting staff to corporate.
