  I ordered a photo at 12:30pm, payed an extra fee for express pickup on the photo as I needed it done for 3:30pm, which they promised to have it done for that time. I have now waited 24 hours for my photo to be printed and it seems they have made no progress on it. Multiple attempts to call customer service resulted in being hung up on and told to call back later. Why offer an express pickup if you can’t handle it?

I originally came in without much expectation, but the experience was so positive that I felt compelled to leave a review. The entire copy center crew deserves major recognition for how smoothly they run their department.The team 👍back there is incredibly efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Even though they were juggling multiple orders and customers when I walked up, they greeted me right away and handled the rush with total ease. They are attentive to detail and took the time to ensure my project was formatted exactly the way I wanted before running the print job. The final product came out flawlessly, with crisp text, vibrant colors, and perfect cutting.What really sets this copy center team apart is their fantastic 👍 attitude. They are 👍friendly, approachable, and eager to help, which makes a huge difference.
