- GAGeorge AAug 8, 20261.0Visited on 8/8/2026 for my daughter’s first‑time passport and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a post office.My wife and I walked in during posted Saturday passport hours, exactly like USPS says you can. The woman working there looked at us with a completely straight, miserable face and immediately said, “We don’t do passports on Saturdays. You need an appointment.”That’s flat‑out wrong — you DON’T need an appointment for a child passport, and this location is listed as accepting walk‑ins. Instead of helping, she just told us to “go to the main office,” with zero effort, zero explanation, and zero professionalism.If you’re going to work with the public, at least know your own policies — or at the very least don’t treat people like they’re inconveniencing you for showing up during the hours YOU advertise.Absolutely unacceptable attitude and completely unhelpful. If you need passport services, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Today the gentleman asked, “How has your day been so far?” When I responded with “Could be better.” He took the time to ask follow up questions and showed genuine concern, asking if there was a way he could help. Seeing my emotion when I responded, “No, but I genuinely appreciate you asking,” He expressed that he hoped that whatever I’m going through gets better and asked if I needed a hug. All the time, completing my shipping needs with efficiency.
