- JSJessica StockstillMay 4, 20261.0All the reviews are correct. Worst post office to deal with. I haven't even switched my address yet and they can't even keep track of my stuff. They should have my car title ($40 to replace) and an $80 cutlery set that would have been delivered last week. They don't. Sandy tried to tell me it was a scam when I even showed her that the tracking information shows my item was processed through their post office on 4/22. All she cared about was that I get a larger delivery box. She didn't like my attitude, so rolled her eyes at me and said, "I'll get right on it" sarcastically in regards to looking for my stuff. You're supposed to be able to trust the post office. The ones I've been to in Worcester are actually fantastic. This location, not so much. Apparently you all have decided to lose, or toss my items. There was no one in there. She was doing nothing when I walked in. Worst attitude of any postal employee I've ever met. I pay tax dollars for this and it's not worth it. I will be making an official complaint against Sandra Padula.
