  I have consistently had terrible experiences at this UPS Store, primarily because of an employee named Paul, who manages to make every interaction unnecessarily miserable. He is consistently rude, unprofessional, and seems to go out of his way to make customers feel unwelcome. On multiple occasions, Paul has outright refused to accept my prepaid UPS packages because I supposedly had “too many.” To put that into perspective, I was attempting to drop off just FOUR packages, all of which were already packaged, labeled, and prepaid. Apparently, four packages are too much for a UPS Store to handle. The one occasion when Paul actually accepted my packages, they never received an acceptance scan at the store. My suspicion is that he simply placed them on the outgoing truck without scanning them, although I cannot confirm that. Regardless, not having confirmation that my packages were accepted is extremely concerning, especially when operating a business. It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated like an inconvenience simply for trying to use a shipping service for its intended purpose. Dropping off four prepaid packages should be one of the simplest transactions a UPS Store handles, yet Paul somehow turns it into an unpleasant experience every time.

  Don't go here. Go anywhere else. The older gentleman that works here is so, so unpleasant and rude. Standing in line and watching him deal with the customers in front of us was very uncomfortable. I've seen this here many times. I'm not sure how UPS still allows this man to work here.

  I do not really know what’s wrong with that staff who works there. He clearly does not want to do his job, intentionally dragging things out and making everyone wait as long as he could want. The worst possible place to go for sending packages. It’s shocking that he still works there and nobody does anything about it.

  it is astounding that throughout all of the horrible experiences with the man at this store, it has managed to stay up out of pure necessity. i went here two days in a row, assuming my first bad experience was a fluke and giving the benefit of the doubt. the first time, he treated me like an idiot for not knowing i had to print the label. sure, fine, i can understand a frustrated worker. the second time, there was a line of six people in front of me who seemed like they had been waiting there for a while. he told one girl (after what i found out later was 20 minutes of waiting!) that there were no boxes for her package and rolled his eyes as she left the store, upset. this man must be sadistic to some extent or feed off of the misery of a person who desperately needs ups to ship because the second closest ups is 25 minutes away. i read a review that said the drive there would save more time than that evil man, and i completely agree. i wish the owners or whoever would have the courage or the intelligence to just shut down this store or fire this man already.

  By far the worst run ups store I have ever been to. Extremely understaffed. Long lines constantly that takes extremely long. The bald worker is genuinely the biggest jerk I have ever met. He is extremely rude, gives horrible customer service and makes me uncomfortable going in there when dropping off packages. Constantly ignores customers as well and is overrall rude. It’s ridiculous how poorly this ups is run considering it’s 5 minutes away from a school with 30,000 kids. Do everything you can to not go to this ups unless you want to be treated like trash and wait in a 30 minute line.
