    I was in on Saturday 8/15/26 and was shocked how rude the cashier/handler was. I saw him literally toss a package some one set on the counter to another counter With no disregard of what possibly could be in it. Then witnessed him being very rude to the 5 people that were standing in front of me. Then it was my turn, he literally made me repeat absolutely everything I said. Even though I was trying to pronunciate everything perfectly, it was just his way of being a jerk. My husband even laughed this before Ij.Because he was so disgusted, we will never return to that store ever.I left in a very ugly bad mood because of him.. I would rather drive to Greenfield Whether People Are Nice and Helpful.So thank you to greenfield... This man should be fired.

    Only one guy is ever working and he acts like you’ve ruined his day when you show up. He is miserable and moves as slow as possible. If you have multiple Amazon returns he will disappear in between for minutes at a time just to waste time. This has been my experience at least 10 times here. I now avoid at all costs. 0 stars if I could.

    I honestly dread when I have to go this store, and it surprises me with all the bad reviews that this man is still allowed to work there. He is so incredibly rude to everyone and is always super annoyed when costumers come into the store as if he is now being inconvenienced

    Calling Paul, the owner, unkind would be a compliment. He has absolutely no manners, is downright rude, and has zero customer service skills. He regularly ignores customers halfway through servicing them to converse with staff, and will leave you hanging waiting on him to come back. Even with a line, Paul has not a care in the world for anyone but himself. He is careless with returns, ripping and making a mess of them however he sees fit. When suggesting or adding information he is short and would rather create his own reality of a situation than listen to his customers. Paul has dead eyes. I will be going to the Northampton UPS store in the future (an extra 15 minute drive) to avoid having to interact with this selfish, mean human.
