Our neighbour's in the building have to do mail swap everyday because the never get the numbers on our units right. Still deliver the last 4 tenants mail even after we have sent it back, sent a request to stop sending it and called them multiple times. Sent mail search requests and lost package requests and never get a response.

They're a small post office, so understand that there will be a wait to send out your packages during the holidays. The employees are friendly and efficient. Our mail carriers have always been a delight. I've had few problems with my mail being delivered either to and from my home. I can deal with an occasional mistake or oversight; considering the volume that this post office deals with; it's understandable. Compared to what you pay for other mail/package carriers, the USPS is still a great value. However, I do wish that they hadn't removed the lobby stamp machine. That made getting stamps so convenient.
