- KBK BSep 17, 20261.0This is the second time this has happened and it’s honestly so disrespectful. I was dropping off a package and the woman at the counter says “There’s a big poster out there that says to remove all labels on boxes” (oops sorry I was reusing box) so I smiled and said “Oh okay”. She then proceeds to say “The label says 4lbs” and so I smiled and said “Yeah I don’t think it’s 4lbs” (I am using an app that buyers pay for shipping and the app calculates the shipping rate). So she puts it on the scale and goes “Yup it’s over 4lbs you’re gonna have to pay extra” so I said “Yeah I used an app and -“ and before I could even finish what I was saying she said “It doesn’t matter you’re going to pay extra” so I shook my head and once again and said “okay”. She then proceeded to say “I highly suggest you get a scale”. It’s really not the end of the world but okay. She comes across so rude and I get it if people have a bad day at work, we all do. But be more respectful when relaying information cause I was very upset when I left.

I just called mail office and they said they called mail carriers in by 3:00. I'm a Marine Corps Vet so perhaps I hold others to higher standards, but to me........NO MATTER WHAT MEANS JUST THAT........NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!!
