Multiple times now I’ve ordered my dog’s medicine THAT HE NEEDS TO SURVIVE and they keep delaying it because for what reason? They need to fire everyone there and hire people that will actually do their job on time like they’re supposed to.

As you can see , my door way is clear and it's one flight of stairs. And there is no way all 4 entrances of the apartment complex were blocked. Also AMAZON delivery came an hour earlier no issue. Also they delivered the mail itself, crammed in without care per usual. All crumbled. :( I AM SO DISAPPOINTED I DIDNT GET MY ORDER TODAY DUE TO SOMEONE ELSE'S LAZINESS 😞

We knew the package we were NEEDING had already arrived at the post office, so we wanted to try and pick it up. They told us the package we needed was there but that it was on a pallet in the back and still wouldn’t be delivered for a few days. No one offered to go check anything out for us. Incredibly rude to us as well. I see why the postal service is struggling with these types of employees!! So lazy.

The recording acknowledges the West Monroe PO but no one answers even though recording states someone will answer. We have had terrible rural delivery recently. Would like to complain but can't without going to Post Office personally.
