  The absolute WORST workers and mail delivery service. Can see why they have such a horrible rating. Have cameras on my house, waited over 2 weeks for a package that was supposed to take 5 days. Delivery day comes, package must be signed for, LAZY mail-person simply puts missed delivery notice in the mailbox, doesnt even attempt to deliver package when I had someone missing work to sign for the package. Then, no address for local post office to pick up myself is written on notice. So attempt to call "local" post office and they cant even figure out how to pick up a phone. Absolute joke.

  Worst post office. They always refuse to deliver larger packages to my doorstep saying I live on floor 3 and it’s not there policy to deliver on third floor. Even they don’t attempt to deliver packages at shares carrier mail boxes of apartment. I had to collect packages each time from post office. They give any ransom reasons like your mailbox was full, no carrier boxes were available, we are having too many deliveries each day and so on. I believe this is waste of taxpayers money to have such inefficient and worthless government offices. I escalated to incharge also filed official complaint but it’s of no use.

  They lost my birth certificate (mind you I am from Minnesota). I went there everyday for a week straight, and nothing. Tracking said it was there, but the workers were convinced that it wasn't. They claimed that it was at a residential home ('cause sometimes the addresses get mixed up). I went there , b/c I did not trust them to send someone over right away to check. The couple were very nice people. According to them, they never received my mail. ...They then claimed that it had arrived at the Nicholls post office - it wasn't there either. Unfortunately, I do not have the means to travel to MN and get a replacement birth certificate. I decided to purchase a new one. However, after this fiasco, I am extremely nervous about it arriving to this facility. Thanks to them, my passport process is on hold for who knows how long (b/c I still have not heard back from the vital records office in MN).

  Had a package shipped priority mail... daughter was in front yard watching mail lady, we were watching from the back yard. She did not stop to drop off said package after it didn't fit in the mailbox. Also, we live down a small, one lane family street... she proceeds to SPEED down the small street while my 10 year old daughter is riding her 4wheeler in the yard, close to the road as it is a small family lane. The next day (today 12/24/16), she proceeds to pass again and not stop, once again flying down said street. Called the post office and someone answered, and her answer to us was "all packages are to be delivered today" and that's all she could tell us. After her passing on Friday, we also checked the status of our package, and it was updated to say "no access".. we have multiple mail carriers that come deliver to us, both of the other women both will stop and put the mail at our back door if it is too big for our mailbox and we have never had issues with the other two. This is ridiculous, and the fact that she sped down our street and could have possibly hit my child or my dogs is COMPLETELY RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE. she was driving so fast my husband could not even get to the road quick enough to stop her to ask!
