  Recently I visited the store to have my logo placed on my business cards. Because it was created online, the image had to be fitted correctly. I was told it could be done. I left the image and received a proof. I went back into the store to finalize the proof and pay for the cards. I was informed the cards would be ready on Friday August 14th. I called on Thursday August 13th only to find out that the cards had not been ordered but was awaiting my final approval. As a customer and business owner myself, I wasn't happy with the answer and voiced my concern. Kathleen was very professional. When I decided to cancel the order Kathleen initially agreed, but then asked me what do I think would make it right. Of course I said to have my cards ready for pick-up as agreed. Since that was not a viable option, Kathleen offered to have me approve the final proof (I made some changes) and she would provide me with some cards (at no additional charge) and send the order off to be completed in a week. Kathleen, thank you for your professionalism, which includes calmness, concern, gratitude, and patience.

  Customer service is unmatched. Staff including owner is very professional, accommodating and prompt. I love this place.

  Told us we would get the package in 5-7 days but it has been almost 3 weeks and it still hasn’t moved when we track it
