The staff is always courteous and polite and helpful. I enjoy going to this location. It is always clean and there's plenty of parking. I would recommend this location to a friend.

I have my parcels sent to my office at my apartment complex office all the time from my reselling business to be picked up by this usps and they seem to have them lost with no probable reasoning or cause.

Gotten new Boy with glasses that seems lazy or selective on how he wants to do his job. Made several complaints in office of issue but still not resolved. I will be contacting corporate because other than my issue with my mail not being delivered correctly the mailBOY is leaving vehicle still running door open and unattended while service business across street. Ridiculous that I’m even making this review about mail service. How hard is it to do your job that you signed up to do. Shreveport got to do better!!
