- DMDanny MorrisonMay 4, 20261.0Terrible customer service. I just went there to drop off a package. Up on arriving, a young lady held the door open for me and I said thank you and went on about my business. As I approach the counter, a black kind of husky female rudely pointed her finger in my direction. So I'm looking around to see what's going on behind me and she motioned for the lady behind me to come to the counter first. So basically, in her simple little head, she thought it was in her power to decide who goes first based on how she felt about the situation. That's not her place. Her job is to serve the customer. That's it. It's people like this that make you not want to visit a store again. My biggest regret is not taking a picture of her. That is not how a business is supposed to be ran.
