  We ordered a mattress from Sam's Club on 5/2. That day RXO contacted us to schedule delivery and offered 5/15 or 5/22 as delivery dates. We picked 5/15. However, on 5/14 they contacted us and rescheduled the delivery for 5/16. So, we cancelled our plans for 5/16. At 11 PM on 5/15, RXO sent a text message that the delivery was cancelled. I pulled up the tracking page which had the status of "Cannot Perform Stop - Consumer fully refuses the order." -- THIS IS A LIE - WE DID NOT REFUSE - they never attempted to deliver 5/15, it had been rescheduled for 5/16. And we were home. I'm sure I'd have remember refusing a delivery. RXO's customer 'service' has been a joke. They don't know why it was marked as refused, going so far as to accuse my wife of refusing it and not telling me. They promised to call us back twice and never did. They promised it would be delivered 5/16, however they cannot contact the driver or warehouse to deliver on that promise. And the most recent update is that the mattress is damaged.

  My refrigerator was delivered however was not leveled and the doors won't close at 30% open

  The two gentlemen who delivered our new mattress and foundation were very professional and helpful in helping get the set into the site and set up in the bedroom. Thank you!

  I’ve had two different deliveries from XPO in the past year. Both deliveries went well. Communication by text from XPO was good and the driver called when he was 15-30 minutes out.
