  We ordered a mattress from Sam's Club on 5/2. That day RXO contacted us to schedule delivery and offered 5/15 or 5/22 as delivery dates. We picked 5/15. However, on 5/14 they contacted us and rescheduled the delivery for 5/16. So, we cancelled our plans for 5/16. At 11 PM on 5/15, RXO sent a text message that the delivery was cancelled. I pulled up the tracking page which had the status of "Cannot Perform Stop - Consumer fully refuses the order." -- THIS IS A LIE - WE DID NOT REFUSE - they never attempted to deliver 5/15, it had been rescheduled for 5/16. And we were home. I'm sure I'd have remember refusing a delivery. RXO's customer 'service' has been a joke. They don't know why it was marked as refused, going so far as to accuse my wife of refusing it and not telling me. They promised to call us back twice and never did. They promised it would be delivered 5/16, however they cannot contact the driver or warehouse to deliver on that promise. And the most recent update is that the mattress is damaged.

  I was informed of when and where my delivery was. The driver was excellent. He was very friendly and knew exactly what needed to be done. I was very impressed with his knowledge of my product and how to remove and reinstall portions of the product to get it in my home. Thank you!!!

  Our delivery guy was very nice and so professional!! Would highly recommend this company delivering any items you've ordered. The transition of ordering my Peloton Row, to the set up of delivery to the actual delivery date was top notch. 👌 He gave me a call 30 minutes prior to arrival to make sure we were at home. He brought the product inside,put it together and set up the installation. I can't say enough good things about this company and our delivery guy!!!!Communication from this company was excellent!! 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
