It’s now July 29 and my package hasn’t moved a single update in 5 days. Tracking shows it departed Mandeville fine, but the moment it hit Saint Rose, everything stopped. Looking at other reviews, this is a widespread problem - not just me. Packages sit here for days/weeks, get misrouted to other states, or vanish entirely. I
