- SHSuzanne HollandApr 6, 20261.0Talking on the phone while you are supposed to be helping customers is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL, but when the clerk reaches over the counter and chooses the green smiley face for a perfect experience score ,well that’s where I draw the line. But wait, it gets better, this post office loves choosing for you. I had two packages Out for Delivery. One was delivered. A few minutes later I am sent a notice that the other package has gone back to the post office , At My Request ,for pickup. After calling ( and getting NO answer at St. Francisville or Wakefield ) I called the 800 number , waited 30min. only to be told that by THEM choosing “hold for pickup” for me, they can’t redeliver . They expect me to drive 15miles to fix their mistake.
