- KKKateMay 1, 20261.0Terrible service. Had a confirmed passport appointment for 12:30. When got there, the only passport woman working had just left to take an hour lunch break. They had a print out of everyone who had appointments that day and their times, so she was fully aware. I guess she just decided it didn’t really matter. Oh, and everyone else’s reviews mentioning the unprofessional attitude and downright rude employees is spot on.

- TATate AllenFeb 28, 20262.0I was just about to pay the processing fee for a passport application, when the card-reader prompted me to leave a review of my experience. Before I could do anything, the lady who helped me during the appointment reached over the counter and pressed the smiley face to indicate that I was satisfied. I was pretty upset, as this was the same person who spent 30 minutes sitting in her car, keeping me and everyone behind me in line waiting, despite all of us being on time for our respective appointments. To her credit, the actual appointment was quick and smooth, but everything else was awful.
